WE ARE SO PROUD TO CALL THESE 2, WHIRLWINDS!
October SOM is Lloyd Ilechukwu and he was nominated by Mr. Canard and here is what he had to say about Lloyd: I have had Lloyd as a student for two years now. He is one of the kindest and most friendly individuals you will ever meet. He always works as hard as he can and will never hesitate to ask you a question if there is something he doesn't understand. He is always looking for ways to improve his work. He is also a member of the Student Council here at RJHS. That is why I am nominating him as student of the month for October.
October EOM is Mrs. Calavitta and she was nominated by Mrs. Howerton and Mrs. Ronda and here is what they had to say about Mrs. Calavitta: Anna Calavitta 2 nominations she is one of those people who makes RJHS a better place simply by being willing to jump in and help wherever she is needed. Anna gives so much of herself to our school. She supports new teachers, leads and encourages her non-core team, sponsors Student Council and CSU, helps create celebrations for our students and staff, and somehow always finds time to make the creative, crafty, and beautiful things that bring our school to life. She has a way of turning an idea into something special and making people feel like they are part of it. What I admire most about Anna is the attitude she brings to everything she does. She is working incredibly hard, but you rarely see that without a smile on her face. When someone asks her to take on a new task or challenge, her response is almost always, “Absolutely, I’ll figure it out.” She gives her time, creativity, and energy so freely, and she does it because she genuinely cares about our school and the people in it.
