RJHS February 2019 Employee and Student of the Month!

The February Employee of the Month is Patty Golightly! She is a sign language interpreter  here at RJHS! She was nominated by Miranda Townsend and here is what she had to say," She is a sign language interpreter for one of our sweet 8th grade students. I met her this school year in the hallways. Since we have gotten to know each other I have learned what a big heart she has. She cares for the students and fellow coworkers by getting to know us on a personal level. She stretches her hand out all directions to help if anyone is in need. She carries around a bright smile and a happy face that reflects onto the students in the classroom and hallways."

The February Student of the Month is 9th grade Maddie Correia she was nominated by Cindy Williams.  Here is what Cindy had to say," She is one of the kindest students I have had the privilege of teaching. She will stand up for another at any time.  She is one of the hardest working students and she is always respectful and loves a challenge.  She has the capabilities to encourage and motivate an entire class.  I swear at the end of the semester she could teach Health as well as I could.  Maddie is very active in school as Secretary of National Honor Society, Secretary of the Spanish Club and one of the top swimmers on the RHS Swim Team.  She would be a perfect Student of the Month!"

RJHS wants to say a big congratulations to Mrs. Golightly and Maddie Correia!!!
