employee of the month

Our Student of the Month is 9th grader MaKayla Herrell, and she was nominated by Megan Green. This is what she had to say about MaKayla:  " Makayla is a remarkable leader, athlete, and community servant. Makayla exemplifies the qualities this award seeks to honor. As the captain of her school’s competitive dance team, Makayla demonstrates both exceptional skill and dedication. Under her leadership, the team has consistently reached new heights, not only in performance but also in spirit and teamwork. Her accomplishments and character set a shining example for her peers, and I have no doubt that she will continue to inspire and lead in whatever endeavors she pursues in the future."

Our Employee of the Month is RJHS Asst. Principal, Mr. Matt Young! He was nominated by Mrs. Navarro, Mrs. Ronda. Here is what they had to say about Mr. Young:  "He has been an amazing support system for me this year.  Although he is very busy, he always makes time to come down to my classroom and talk to me and help me when needed.  He always responds to texts and finds answers for me if he does not know the answer to the questions himself.  He helps me problem-solve regarding my students and other staff members.  He has taken the time to come see my group of students and get to know them, even with his busy schedule.  I feel very blessed to get to work with such a wonderful leader."

We are so PROUD to call these two WHIRLWINDS!
